1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hzgy platform (https://hzgy.cam) and all services provided under it. By accessing the hzgy website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the hzgy platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the primary operative version.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, hzgy reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals during the identity verification process or if unusual activity is suspected.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method approved by hzgy. Withdrawals will not be approved if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided at hzgy are subject to specific conditions. To receive the welcome bonus, the bonus must be activated within the specified time after the first deposit.

The wagering requirement must be completed before the total winnings including the bonus amount can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, this condition is 15 times, meaning you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount.

5.2 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled in any of the following cases:

• Attempting to claim a bonus from more than one account.
• Attempting to exploit bonus abuse strategies or system vulnerabilities.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Failing to meet the wagering conditions within the specified time limit.

5.3 VIP Program

hzgy's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier advancement is determined based on gaming activity and platform engagement. hzgy reserves the right to change VIP terms or review VIP membership at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

6.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical error or system disruption, hzgy reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. hzgy also reserves the right to make corrections in the case of clearly incorrect payouts or displays.

For cricket and other sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be changed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, hzgy settles bets in accordance with established industry standards. hzgy is not responsible for any connection issues during market changes in live betting.
